Learn CPR - save a life!

Unfortunately, Swales in the Dales weren't able to join us for the planned Stone Masonry talk but we had something 'electrifying' in its place!

Claire Occardi and SEWI President Tamsin Leonard - both local Community First Responders - showed members how to perform CPR and use a defibrillator.

Did you know that after a cardiac arrest, every minute without CPR and defibrillation reduces someone's chance of survival by 10 per cent. You never know when you might need to know these basic techniques to save a life.
